  5. FORMAT:   RENDIR [d:] oldname newname

  9. REMARKS:  RENDIR allows names of directories to be changed on the specified or
  10.           current drive. Both names must be simple names at the current
  11.           directory level with no path qualifiers. The sub-directory
  12.           oldname is changed to newname.
